Most quotations do not match the needs and expectations of the customer. In some cases the quoation is automatic generated from a system. The winning quotation is different. A quotation is a business card and a representation of the inventory of needs and the associated advice.

  • Structure and structure of the quotation
  • A clear, contemporary and customer-oriented writing style
  • Appropriate creativity for a good "first" impression
  • Focus on the customer
  • Presentation of the price and conditions
  • Follow-up
