Ben Poelman, partner and owner of SalesRESPECT® 

Ben has over 25 years of experience in various sales functions. Ben has a degree in Hotel Management from the Hotelschool The Hague. Hotelschool The Hague is the number one institute in Hospitality Management. This training provided the foundation for a career in sales and management of change. Ben has performed all commercial roles within the banking industry, both private and corporate. He also has experience in business services and wholesale. Ben inspires and motivates employees, has a winning mentality and always works on the basis of trust. Ben's motto: "Sales is a profession and if you are open to it, everyone can get better!". His experiences in managing change ensures that Ben has an impact when it comes to culture, mindset and attitude issues in people in teams.

Geert van Hout, partner and owner of SalesRESPECT® 

Geert has over 20 years of experience in various sales positions in commercial real estate and document management. He worked for 5 years at RSP Makelaars in Den Bosch as a business broker. He then held various sales positions (Regional, Major and Key Accounts) within Océ (acquired byCanon) for 15 years. This market is known as one of the most competitive markets. His expertise lies in the areas of Sales Skills, Mindset, Coaching, European Tendering/RFP's  and Social Selling. In recent years Geert was Team Lead and Sales Manager of a New Business Team and he was responsible for several successful sales campaigns within Canon. His infectious enthusiasm, drive and focus on results make him a motivated and valued Sales Trainer.
